This page explains the basic way AzReel handles information. It is written plainly so users can understand what happens when they use the app.

Information AzReel uses
AzReel may use your phone number for login, uploaded photos and videos, selected trends, project settings, captions, AI prompts, AI responses, render logs, payment status, and usage records.
Why AzReel uses it
AzReel uses this information to create reels, analyze media, prevent abuse, track usage limits, process payments, improve reliability, answer support requests, and keep accounts secure.
Uploads and exports
Uploaded media and exported reels may be stored in Supabase Storage. Temporary files may be stored by the media worker while a job is running. AzReel stores private user media as private files and uses signed links when access is needed.
AI processing
AzReel may send compressed images, image sprites, video frames, audio analysis, captions, transcript text, trend analysis, and project instructions to AI providers to create edit plans and captions. AzReel tries to send only what is needed and to keep requests small.
AI training
AzReel does not claim ownership of your uploads and does not sell your private uploads for training. AI providers may process requests to provide the service, enforce safety, and operate their systems according to their own terms.
Service providers
AzReel may use Supabase for database and storage, Cloudflare for hosting and security, OpenAI or other AI providers for AI features, Razorpay for payments, AWS for SMS login, and Instagram or Meta links when checking public reels.
Payments and usage
Payment records, plan status, token usage, and credit usage may be stored so AzReel can manage subscriptions, one-time reel credits, refunds, abuse limits, and support.
Safety and human review
AzReel may review logs, prompts, outputs, uploads, and exports when needed for support, debugging, security, abuse prevention, legal requests, or billing issues.
Children
AzReel is not meant for children under 13. If local law requires a higher age or guardian consent, users must follow that rule.
Your choices
You can ask for help deleting projects, uploads, exports, or account data by emailing contact@azonova.com. Some records may be kept when needed for security, billing, legal, tax, or abuse prevention.
