Terms of Use

By creating an account, joining the alpha, or using AzReel, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, Content Policy, Refund Policy, and any purchase terms shown at checkout. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be at least 18, legally capable of entering this agreement, and permitted to use AzReel where you live. You must provide accurate account information and keep your device, OTPs, and sessions secure.

The alpha may be incomplete, unstable, reset, rate-limited, or discontinued. Features, local file formats, projects, prices, limits, and compatibility may change without migration support. Do not rely on the alpha for irreplaceable media, deadlines, income, or production work. Keep independent copies of source and exported files.

You may send bug reports, recordings, logs, suggestions, and other feedback. You grant Azonova a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, modify, and incorporate feedback without compensation or attribution. This does not transfer ownership of your private source media.

Azonova grants you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the available AzReel app for lawful testing and creation. You may not copy, resell, sublicense, reverse engineer except where law permits, bypass safeguards, or use the service to build a competing dataset or product.

You retain rights you already hold in your content. You grant Azonova and its processors the limited rights necessary to receive, copy, cache, decode, resize, analyze, segment, edit, render, display, transmit, troubleshoot, secure, and delete content for the feature you request, support, abuse prevention, and legal compliance.

You must own or have all necessary permissions for every photo, video, audio track, voice, face, likeness, logo, trademark, caption, and other element you use. Do not create misleading endorsements, impersonations, non-consensual intimate material, unlawful surveillance, or deceptive synthetic media. You are responsible for notices, releases, music licenses, and platform permissions.

Try Demo provides recent professional-account media for private product evaluation and editing tests. Availability does not grant copyright, publicity, music, trademark, or commercial rights. Do not publish, monetize, advertise with, or redistribute demo creator media unless you independently have permission from all relevant rights holders.

Trend structures, previews, profile references, posts, and sounds remain subject to their owners and platform rules. AzReel is not Instagram or Meta and is not endorsed by them. Use an official platform sound where required and verify current posting, music, branded-content, and advertising rules yourself.

AzReel may detect or segment faces, people, hands, poses, objects, scenes, motion, beats, and speech to produce edits. Results are probabilistic and may fail or be inaccurate. These tools are not identity verification, medical, biometric authentication, safety, or surveillance services.

Do not use AzReel for illegal, infringing, fraudulent, abusive, hateful, exploitative, sexually explicit, dangerous, privacy-invasive, malware, spam, scraping, credential theft, payment fraud, limit evasion, or service-disruption activity. Do not process children's content inappropriately or without required authorization.

Free or discounted versions may display ads, sponsorships, or promotional placements. Ads may be contextual or, only with required permission, personalized. Advertisers are responsible for their claims and destinations. You may not manipulate ad delivery, clicks, impressions, attribution, or consent choices.

A purchase screen must show the product, included benefits, price, currency, billing period, taxes where applicable, trial terms, and renewal terms before purchase. Auto-renewing subscriptions continue until canceled through the provider. Recurring plans must provide ongoing value; reel credits and other consumables are one-time products. Features and reasonable usage limits may differ by plan.

Digital features purchased inside an App Store or Google Play distributed app must use the applicable store billing system unless an authorized regional program applies. Permitted web purchases may be processed by Razorpay or another disclosed provider. Store, bank, payment-provider, and local consumer terms also apply.

Cancel subscriptions through the provider shown at purchase; deletion or uninstallation does not automatically cancel recurring billing. Store purchases can be restored where the store supports restoration. Refund eligibility is described in the Refund and Cancellation Policy and is always subject to non-waivable consumer rights.

Prices, currencies, plan limits, taxes, and promotions may vary by region and channel. We may change future prices or benefits with notice required by the billing provider or law. You are responsible for taxes not collected at checkout.

Captions, translations, cuts, effects, rankings, and recommendations may be inaccurate, repetitive, offensive, or unsuitable. Generated output may not be unique. You must review the full export, rights, facts, timing, disclosures, and accessibility before use or publication.

The mobile app is local-first. Local files may be lost through deletion, device failure, operating-system cleanup, app updates, or uninstall. Cloud storage, if used, may be temporary. AzReel is not a backup service unless a feature expressly says otherwise.

We may limit, suspend, remove, investigate, or terminate accounts, content, purchases, or access for risk, security, nonpayment, rights complaints, policy violations, legal requests, service changes, or alpha capacity. You may stop using AzReel and delete your account at any time.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AzReel is provided as-is and as-available without warranties of accuracy, availability, fitness, merchantability, non-infringement, compatibility, virality, revenue, or data preservation. Nothing excludes warranties that cannot legally be excluded.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Azonova and its personnel will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages, loss of media, missed opportunities, platform enforcement, or third-party claims. Any aggregate liability will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid AzReel in the preceding six months or INR 1,000, except where law prohibits that limit.

To the extent permitted by law, you will defend and indemnify Azonova from third-party claims and reasonable costs arising from your content, publication, rights violations, unlawful use, payment disputes, or breach of these Terms. This does not apply where the claim was caused by Azonova's own unlawful conduct.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without limiting mandatory rights available where you live. Courts of competent jurisdiction in India will have jurisdiction unless applicable consumer law requires another forum. Contact us first so we can try to resolve a dispute informally.

We may update these Terms for product, provider, legal, safety, advertising, or payment changes. Material updates may require acceptance. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
